This page explains what information Hulk Mesh Core collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
Information we receive
The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.
Newsletter sign-ups
The “Follow us” form on our Articles page collects only the email address you type in, used solely to send notice of new issues. Unsubscribing removes your address immediately, and we never pass sign-up addresses to a third party.
Purposes
Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
Cookies on this site
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
Server and technical logs
Like most web hosting, our server keeps basic technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and troubleshooting. These are not linked to your name and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
International readers
This site is written in English but operated from Japan, so any data we hold is handled under Japanese data-protection practice. If you write to us from outside Japan, the same rules in this policy apply to you.
Retention
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Access and deletion
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message through our contact page is enough.
Protection
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
Payment data
Single-issue and subscription payments are handled by our checkout provider at the moment of purchase. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount, but never your full card number.
Age
This site is intended for a general adult readership. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the contact form is not designed for use by minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
Language of this policy
This policy is written and maintained in English. Any translation offered elsewhere is for convenience only; the English text on this page governs in case of any difference.
