Hulk Mesh Core publishes this site under the plain terms below. Using the site means you agree to them.
Content and ownership
The texts and photographs on this site belong to Hulk Mesh Core unless stated otherwise. Personal, non-commercial viewing is what the site is for; republishing our material commercially requires our written consent.
Accuracy of information
Information here is offered in good faith and updated when things change. Final prices, dates and availability are confirmed individually — the site is an introduction, not a contract.
Subscriptions and orders
Single issues, the annual print subscription and digital editions are paid for at the price shown at checkout — ¥2,200 for a single print issue, ¥7,800 for the annual print subscription and ¥1,400 for a digital edition, unless a different price is displayed at the time. Print issues ship after each release date; digital editions unlock as soon as payment is confirmed.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Hulk Mesh Core accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from the use of this site. Linked third-party sites are outside our control and their content is their own.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital editions are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the file has been accessed. An annual print subscription can be cancelled before the next issue ships, for a prorated refund covering the issues not yet sent; write to us through our contact page to arrange it.
Editorial contributions
We read pitches and story ideas sent through our contact page. Sending one does not obligate us to run it, pay for it, or credit it, and no rights transfer to us until we agree written terms with you directly.
Acceptable use
Scraping, mirroring, reselling, or presenting this site's content as your own is not permitted. Automated bulk-downloading of back issues is blocked, and an address doing it may be denied further access.
Updates
These terms can be revised from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, and continued use of the site means acceptance of it.
Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms if the magazine changes ownership or structure; your rights as a subscriber or reader are not reduced by such a transfer.
Governing law
The law of the place where Hulk Mesh Core is established applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this site.
Back issues and availability
Not every past issue stays in print. When a run sells out, that issue may continue as a digital edition or may be retired from sale entirely — the catalogue shown on this site at the time you order is what applies, not an older link or screenshot.
Payment and currency
All prices on this site are shown in Japanese yen. Card and other electronic payments are processed by our checkout provider at the time of order; we do not see or store your full card number.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay in delivering an issue caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, natural disaster, or a printer or supplier failure. Affected print issues ship as soon as normal service resumes.
Trademarks
“Hulk Mesh Core” and the magazine's logo identify this publication. Using either to suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written permission is not allowed.
Severability
If any single clause in these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply in full.
